Welcome to the "Vertical World Record" event at Skydive Chicago image gallery. Freeflyers from around the world who were selected through camps came together to try and break the Vertical Wold Record. It was an amazing event with super talented skydivers. The skill level has sure gone up fast in the past few years! This Event was organized by Rook Nelson with the assistance of a long list of amazing organizers and plane captains from around the world. Although the record was not broken, the event was amazing, safe and culminated with a feeling of fun, camaraderie, and love (see the pictures at the end of the gallery to get a feel for the love shared by all)
