Welcome to the image galleries for the "Skydive Camera Camp y Boogie by Norman Kent - Aeroatelier" in La Cumbre, Argentina. The main part of the event is a camera workshop. Cameramen from various parts of the world came to learn skydiving photography technics in an intensive camera course. I love teaching photography because skydiving is only experienced by non skydivers through photography, so the better photography I can help create through others, the more beautiful our world is perceived.
In parallel to the course, skydivers from many places came to participate in the boogie part of this multi phase event. During the boogie, the cameramen got a chance to practice what they learned during the course.
As a grand finale, Aeroatelier and I hosted a fun event called "Conversations - An Evening With Norman Kent". During this very interactive event, the audience got a chance to ask questions related to my work and personal life. I shared about whatever they wanted to know including my work for Hollywood feature films and commercials, my participation in the Olympics, flying and filming "Frightful" the falcon, my in-house projects, etc. All enhanced with visual material which I had at hand. This kind of event is lots of fun because people get to see the "behind the scenes" look at my world and get to meet me as a person. In turn, I get to re-live the experiences through the sharing. I LOVE this event, let's do more!
