Welcome to the gallery for the "Flamingo Fest 2026" boogie at Skydive City, in Zephyrhills, Florida. 274 people registered for this beautiful event which had, 30 load organizers and media, 5 Turbine Aircraft, doing 125 loads and made 2,135 skydives over the 3 jumpable days. Skydivers from 22 countries including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Colombia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Naval Academy, Poland, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, Ukraine, United Kingdom, USA, Venezuela, US Golden Knights.
Flamingo Fest is Skydive City’s yearly landmark event since 2012. It takes place at the end of the winter season, which is the “high season” for fun jumping in Florida. All disciplines of skydiving are represented. We offered organized jumps in Freely, Movement, FS, Novelty, Wingsuit, etc.
The Flamingo, an iconic and popular bird in Florida has been the drop zone mascot for as long as we can remember in the center’s 40 years of history. Just like Oktoberfest opens the Fall season in Germany, Flamingo Fest marks the beginning of spring and brings everyone together to celebrate the end of the Florida High Season for skydiving. Snowbird fun jumpers tend to migrate back north afterwards as the northern drop zones reopen.
Thank you Skydive City for putting together this amazing event, and thank you to all the load organizers, management, pilots, DZ staff, media staff and volunteers which make this event happen.
This gallery contains all images I selected from what I shot in the course of the event. Enjoy browsing and re-living the awesome flights!
