Welcome to the "Canopy Formation Records Camp 2024" event gallery organized by Chris Gay and Brian Pangburn at Skydive Florida in Lake Wales, FL. Skydivers from many countries came to participate in this awesome event with the intention of breaking some sequential records and training for the big 121 way n 2025-26. Unfortunately no records were broken as the attempts were substituted with testing of new technology and training for larger formations. The largest formation completed was an unofficial 82-Way. The talent displayed during the event opens the door for more progress and growth setting our sights for a large formation record in a year or two.
For me personally it was amazing to be in the air with this super talented and dedicated group of Canopy Formation flyers, what a privilege to fly with them, I am a lucky man!
Skydive Florida in Lake Whales, FL was a very accommodating DZ and it has many safe landing options making it an ideal place for this kind of event. Additionally, the staff and management were amazing!
