Welcome to the gallery for the " Tropical Take-off: SIS Summer Kick-off" boogie at Skydive Deland, Florida. 47 ladies participated for this beautiful event which had 8 load organizers including Lotem Ragwan, Roberta Mancino, Allison Reay, Felicia Sturgeon, Laura Wagner, Emily Lynch, Ashlee Richman, Rachel Mugford as well as Lane Paquin, Garret Mahoney and Norman Kent, volunteering for media.
“The motivation for organizing an all-women event came from a deep understanding of the impact it has on women in the sport and on the next generation of female skydivers. Creating an environment where women are visible in key roles — leading, organizing, teaching, and mentoring, helps encourage the retention of women in the sport. I believe it also gives more women the confidence to believe in themselves and to pursue and develop their careers in skydiving” said Lotem
