Welcome to the "Vertical World Record 174-Way" event gallery at Skydive Chicago. Skydivers from 25 countries joined this record breaking event, the previous record was 164-way set in 2015. Amazing skills were displayed as all participants spent moths in multiple training and qualifying camps around the world prior to this amazing event.
On a personal note: My first jump with the group was the record jump, first jump...RECORD! BOOM! How lucky can I get? I dedicate this jump and picture to my only son Ramsey for all of his love, sacrifice and support, not only during this event but also through out our lives.
Additionally, with this event as well as the 250-way belly state record attempts, I was celebrating my 50 years in skydiving (which was August 24th, 1975) and my birthday, which was one day before! For a full press release and more information please contact Skydive Chicago Marketing team.
